What skips need to be compliant
For the protection of vehicles and pedestrians, the law requires skips to be properly lighted during the hours of darkness. In 2013 new legislation gave councils the right to fine companies whose skips don’t have regulation lighting.

The Skip Light system is in compliance with Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 January 2003 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS) and its amendments.
Skip Light conforms to BS3143 PT2:1990 and parts BSEN:2000. The product is patent protected EP1915497
